CYBER - INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

Cyber-IR refers to the intersection of cyberspace and international relations. To appreciate its content and its implications, it is useful to begin with the traditional notion of cyberspace and then highlight it. These provide an important context for the joint domain and also an introduction to the Cyber System for Strategy and Decision (CSSD).

Formally CSSD can be viewed as a computer implementation method for facilitation, identification, and storage of data and the communication of information among a plurality of conceptually and geographically separated entities that define structures and processes, actors and activities in the joint domain cyberspace and international relations.

As an interactive system for knowledge; it also enables submission data and knowledge by users, as well as search options over the knowledge base.

CSSD is anchored in a Cyber-IR theoretical framework, and its component-domains (or topics) consist detailed ontologies of the subject matter.
